Great prices and a super nice team of people.

Tarek, Jake, and Trevor were all great to work with. I traveled four hours to their showroom to get a new GSX8R that they had reduced in price. The communication back-and-forth over the phone before heading down there was great and once I got there to pick my bike up, they made it super easy with the paperwork and explaining all of the features that that particular model came with. I didn’t get the younger gentleman‘s name at the counter, but he helped me get some of my gear and tiedown equipment for my trailer while I was there and also got me squared away with a Bluetooth capable helmet. For the most part they had everything I needed in store except for the size jacket that I needed and frame sliders that I wanted. But that wasn’t an issue because he was able to order me The frame sliders and I just decided to wait on the jacket. All in all a great experience and I would make that trip again if I decided to get another bike.

This is a lengthy review. Last week I was on vacation with my motorcycle in the Smoky mountain region. My 2026 Yamaha had an issue with the cruise control and an engine stall event. Waynesville Cycle Center was the closest dealer from where I was staying in Robbinsville. I contacted Dalton in the service department and asked if I could stop by to get it checked as the bike is still under warranty. He agreed to get me in that same morning. There were codes present in the ECU that revealed the issue. Yamaha tech service could not be reached that day for authorization because they were in corporate meetings so they had to temporarily charge me 1/2 labor. The next day Michael Duncan the service manager called and asked me to stop back so they could inspect the clutch switch as advised by Yamaha. Not only did they correct the problem but they refunded my 1/2 hour labor money after Yamaha agreed it was a warranty issue. Some dealers in upstate NY where I live typically schedule 2-4 weeks out for service appointments and only cater to their core customer base. Waynesville Cycle Center treated me, an out of town rider on vacation like I was one of their core customers. Thank you Dalton, Michael, and staff Waynesville Cycle Center. I'll stop by to visit next time I'm in the area.

This is almost a year late but not forgotten. We were on the TAT last year when my wife’s bikes got drowned in a water crossing. We had to do a few things on the trail to get it into town but once we did the folks here worked us in immediately the next day and did another service while we waited out some rain. I believe the techs name was Eric though I can’t remember the service writers or owners names but you guys know who you were fixing up the soggy CB500x last year and we really appreciate ya!
