Brought my Kawasaki Mule 4010 side by side back to Waynesville Cycle Center because the machine lost a lot of power and was no longer able to get the job done! I fortunately purchased the Kawasaki extended warranty and am less than 1 year out from expiration.
I was initially had the opportunity to speak with Duncan who is the service manager there and was welcomed back and assured they would get to the bottom of the issue. They worked hard and deemed the issue was the main driver belt and pulley system and after a wait on parts they got me all fixed up and the machine is back to work. I also wan to thank Duncan for a great reception when at the counter and by phone when calling about status. He was easy to work with and very professional. Thank you Duncan and Dalton for resolving this issue and for having this handled by warranty.
